Review is from my wife:I think this is wonderful tool just not for me it was comfortable and small just not small enough for my tiny wrist and lack of space and the way I sit at my desk which super close it kept falling onto the floor. I think it was worth trying it out it may work with more average size wrist and an ergonomically environment desk set upI was pleasantly surprised by this. The only thing I don't like is that it will stick to my wrist. But I like the maneuverability of it and that you can use it either way (high end, low end)These are ok. Make sure you have enough desk space to move your wrist around. It also ends of sticking to you. I have to frequently bend it more for higher wrist support. I use it daily though.First thing's first, this holds the wrist at the perfect angle for using a mouse for long periods of time without getting wrist or hand pain. Since I suffer from both arthritis and carpal tunnel, but also spend most of every day on a computer, that is a major plus. I definitely have less pain when using it than when I don't, and can use a mouse for a longer period of time without needing a break or an ice-pack. It glides easily and makes moving a mouse pretty much effortless. I've been using it for less than a week and definitely will continue to use it.For me, the only down-side is that the plastic this is made of is very rigid and hard, and can be uncomfortable to rest the wrist against for long periods of time. I solved this by folding over a piece of cloth a few times and placing it between the wrist-support and my wrist and, since it was an easy fix, I don't see that as a major problem with the product (although the cloth probably ruins the breathability of the product). But it is something for potential users to be aware of. I almost stopped using it before it occurred to me to just throw something soft between the support and my wrist, and that would have been a shame because it really does seem to be helping me a lot even after such a short time.This can be used for either hand. Bonus for you lefties who often get shorted. It does slide some until you get used to having it there and you actually just rest your wrist and only move your hand and fingers. It is very light and with holes the air moves under it so that is fantastic. You can turn it either direction depending on which is more comfortable for you. My only issue is that it sticks to your skin especially if your skin gets damp or you have lotion on. I just don't like the way that feels on my skin. Personal preference. I am just going to place a piece of moleskin on to prevent that. Since there was two I gave one to my hubs and he is stoked. He has been a keyboard jockey for a bazillion years (in work hours) and his wrists show it. I will get another set for my daughter's computer so he can take on into his actual in person office. This would be great for gifts for anyone who uses a computer at all.I do a lot of design work on the computer recently for a new project. It is a bit more than my usual routine of working on a laptop with a touchpad. I felt some soreness on the wrist recently and had to check up by a doctor. I was advised to use a rest stand underneath my wrist while using the mouse to avoid the situation getting worse. So I got this pad for the support of my wrist. It is pretty low in the profile that doesn't feel quite different than normal. With a slippery surface, I can still get the flexibility to move the wrist back and forth whenever needed. It has openings with decorative patterns that effectively reduce the sweating issue. I'm very satisfied.This product is literally the width of your wrist with a small curve around each side. It is perfect to use on a completely flat surface but it will stick to your wrist. It is also very light weight so when it sticks to your wrist the whole thing moves.This is a hard plastic wrist support that a lot of people seem to like. I am not a fan. Could be just all the damage that I suffered in a rear ender, but the hard plastic is uncomfortable for me.
