When it arrived I loved that the back of it had a plastic sheet so that the grip material didn't get dirty in transit. I tried it out at home without a mouse just resting my wrist on the gel pad and it was very comfortable.Unfortunately, when I got to work the next day I quickly learned that this mouse pad wouldn't work with my wireless optical mouse (the kind with the little red light on the bottom.) It was laggy and glitchy. I loved the design, quality, and packaging, but it needs to be pointed out that this mouse will not work for every mouse.I was very excited for this product. I got the cow one and it came a week or two early and it looks exactly like the picture. anyways i was examining it and looked at the gel wrist part and it had a tear in it about an inch long. Not like the gel was pouring out, but it could've came out if you squeezed it. Nothing a little hot glue couldn't fix though. If i could've gave 2 and a half stars i would've because its still a good mouse pad minus that tear in the side.Very comfortable. The only problem was such a LONG wait for it to get here. They must have put it on a slow boat. I do like it. I wanted one that had the wrist rest for my weak right wrist. It works well and the picture on the top is very cheery.I guess for the price it's ok. It's already coming apart at the wrist pad. I bought this in March 2016 and it just started falling apart in July 2017.Just what I needed. Good quality. Comfortable, and stays in place. Has reduced my wrist pain ( I work 40 hours a week on a computer.) I really recommend that anyone using a mouse for extended periods use this mousepad or one like it.This is a great choice and cute design.The gel pad is smooshed down in 2 places and won't return to its original form. It did this within a few days of use. Very poor quality. I'm glad I didn't throw away my old mousepad which I've had for years because this one is going in the trash and the old one is going back on my desk.The fabric this mouse pad is covered in creates a lot of drag against the mouse, much more so than the mouse pad I had before. I can't say I'm a fan.I LOVED IT IS SO COMFORTABLE TO USE MY MOUSE AT WORK.
