So i'm not entirely sure why some of the reviews for this keyboard and mouse set have some sort of LED mechanical looking keyboard depicted, but this isn't that. Maybe it's the same manufacturer, but definitely not the same one in the older reviews. I received a keyboard that matched the photographs in the actual amazon ad.It is a sleek and thin metal framed keyboard with very tactile keys that aren't too noisy. They feel good under the fingertips and don't have too much play which you might expect from a lower-end priced keyboard. Honestly, though... this is one of the better keyboards i've ever used. Key placement is ideal and it's so low to the table it's more of a natural feel.There isn't much to say about the mouse. I like that the clicks are quieter, but definitely noticeable when you've actually clicked. It feels light in the hand, but that's more or less because of the cheap quality of the mouse. There is a button on the middle of the mouse top that I presume is for changing the DPI on the fly, but at least on MacOS 12.5.7 it doesn't seem to do anything at all... if it does the difference is so negligible I didn't even notice. I just assumed it was a Windows-only thing. Tracking on the mouse is decent if just a little sloppy. The scroll wheel is phenomenal as it is aluminum and has very grippy knurling/striping.Overall, roughly 30 bucks for a wireless METAL keyboard and mouse with super fast shipping and USB C charging (cable included) is a steal any day. Longevity of the battery is yet to be determined, but if it fails at some point in an unreasonable time I will come back to update as such.Amazing response, no lag, feels great to type and probably the most impressive battery life i have ever seen!!! I have had it for a month now and have never charged it from out of the box. I work from home, so it see's its fair share of usage. 10/10 would recommend!It’s nice the keys are super quiet. I love that the keys are easy to depress and not noisy. The mouse does sleep after a while to conserve battery life, but it wakes pretty easy by clicking a button or rolling the scroll wheel. Charges with the mini-USB so I didn't already have a ton of power cords around, but it is a more efficient charging cord.This keyboard is so light to the touch. Very responsive. Love it!.I like the idea of this kind of keyboard and mouse. The problem I run into when I use it is that the key strokes do not always register when I don't have the keyboard pluged in. I've moved the 2.4 usb dongle around my pc into different usb spots, and I still have the same issues. Maybe its defective, I'm not sure. I have even had issues with the mouse, I will leave it plugged in over night and when i go to use it the next day the mouse acts like its too high off of the mouse pad.I want to like this product, but I think it might be defective, or maybe the usb dongle is defective. I'm not sure. If someone could give me advice to see if I can fix it before I ask to send it back, I would appreciate it.
