The only thing I didn’t like was we had to thread the happy birthday sign (put the happy birthday circles on the string)thought it would already be together so it slowed me down with the decorations took about 10-15 minsLoved itI didn't like that the Garland wasn't prestrung and the cupcake decorations weren't put together. The colors and design were cute. Loved the balloons.The colors are magenta, dark orange, dark red on the sign, but the happy birthday toppers are red.There are no polkadot balloons. Just pink white and black with mickey, minnie, and bows on all of them. No red and no yellow.You have to put everything together yourself and the string for the banner is difficult to work with. The balloons smelled like chemicals and the printing on them was poor quality.Love but be prepared to spend a while setting everything up. It all comes in pieces to be put togetherAs many other people have noted, you have to assemble everything shown, including pasting the sticks onto the cupcake decorations. Additionally, the balloons smelled absolutely TOXIC when I opened them up and it didn't get better after letting them air out overnight. They smelled like spray paint fumes. Ended up just using the banner and the larger cake decor, threw the rest out because I didn't want my daughter playing with those balloons.The balloons gave me chemical burn from sitting them up they are not normal balloons!! They have a farm chemical taste to them DO NOT recommend!!!
